RENTER'S CHECKLIST
Please take a moment to read over this
checklist before booking.
ELECTRICAL SOURCE
All inflatables require a source of electricity to work. An electrical outlet or generator capable of providing 15 amps must be on premises to operate blowers. A generator can be provided for you for an additional $100.00 fee.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure your event or party location has adequate space to accommodate your choice of inflatable. If there is not enough space to set up upon delivery, you will still be charged the full rental amount.
DELIVERY RADIUS
All rental prices include delivery and set up within 15 miles of our storage location (Newport, NY). Locations outside the delivery zone will incur an additional $2 per mile surcharge.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery date. You may still be responsible for partial or full rental fees on late cancellations depending on date and availability.
NOTICE
Any rentals that are found to be unreasonably soiled upon pickup will be subject to an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Following the agreement rules by removing shoes and keeping outside toys, items, & food from entering the inflatables will help you avoid a cleaning fee later!

By Renting with Supino's Inflatables & Rentals (hereafter referred to as Supino's) you agree to certain terms and conditions.
You understand that inflatable bounce houses also referred to as moonwalks can be dangerous and may lead to injury or death when rules and precautions are not followed. Supino's will not be held responsible for any injuries or damage to property or equipment caused by renter negligence. Therefore, you must abide by the following rules to ensure player safety and to reduce the risk of damages to equipment and property.
-Absolutely NO FOOD, DRINKS, GUM OR CHEWABLES are allowed inside the inflatables at any time. These items pose a choking risk to players.
-ALL Shoes, dangling jewelry, badges, pins and the like MUST be removed prior to entering inflatables. These items can damage equipment and pose a safety hazard to players.
-No pets or animals inside inflatables at any time.
-No toys other than those approved by Supino's allowed inside inflatables.
-NO SMOKING in, on, or around inflatables.
-Children must be supervised at all times. Adult supervision of children while using inflatables is the sole responsibility of the renter.
-Please limit the number of players on each inflatable to a safe level to avoid injury and damage to equipment.
-Supino's is not liable for damage to surfaces, lawns etc. that inflatables are placed on.
-Renters must acknowledge that some models require a truck, flatbed, or trailer to deliver the inflatable to the set-up area due to their size and weight. While we do our best to be mindful and careful, sometimes (especially on wet or soft ground) vehicles will leave track marks or disruption of grass / landscaping. Supino's will not be held responsible for such track marks / ground disruption.
-It is the renter's responsibility to ensure sufficient space is available for inflatables prior to booking. Please check the model size and measure the area inflatables are to be placed in. If sufficient space is not available upon delivery of inflatables, you will still be responsible for the full rental price.
*IMPORTANT*
IN THE EVENT THAT INFLATABLES BEGIN TO DEFLATE FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING DUE TO A LOSS OF POWER OR BLOWER FUNCTION, ALL PLAYERS MUST IMMEDIATELY EXIT THE INFLATABLE.
By renting you agree to take full responsibility for all equipment provided by Supino's while it is in your possession
